The prayer times do not match my mosque
Open Settings, Prayer times. Choose the calculation method your mosque follows (six are offered, among them Muslim World League, Umm al-Qura and Egyptian), and under “Asr according to” choose the majority or the Hanafi time. “Adjust the times” moves each prayer by a few minutes. If the place is wrong, choose your city by hand.
The adhan comes late, or not at all
- Allow notifications for the app, and check that the prayer's alert is on and not set to silent.
- On Android 14 and later, turn on “Alarms & reminders” for the app: without it, Android may hold an alert back by up to an hour. The home screen shows a banner while it is off.
- Some phones hold alerts back to save battery. In your phone's settings, set the app's battery use to Unrestricted.
- The alerts are set a month ahead: open the app at least once a month.
I bought the full version, but the app still shows the offer
Make sure Google Play on the phone uses the Google account you bought it with. Then open the Features tab and tap “Restore a previous purchase”. If your payment is still being processed, the full version opens by itself once Google Play confirms it.
How do I get a refund?
The purchase is made through Google Play, which handles refunds: you can ask for one from your order history in Google Play. If it is too late to ask there, write to us.
The watch app shows nothing
The Wear OS app is part of the full version. Install it on your watch (from the Play Store on the watch, or from the Watch app row of the phone's Features tab), then open the app on your phone once so that it sends the prayer times to the watch. The phone sends a month ahead: open it at least once a month.
How do I change the app's language?
Open Settings, App language. The app restarts in the language you choose.
How do I delete my data?
Everything you save stays on your phone; we hold nothing about you. Clearing the app's storage in your phone's settings, or uninstalling the app, deletes it. Our privacy policy says more.
